From NAMI Metro Baltimore, there will be a 90-minute presentation led by two trained volunteer presenters who are living well with a mental health condition; presenters share their journey to recovery using the sections: Dark Days, Acceptance, Treatment, Coping Skills, Successes, Hopes and Dreams.
