- Fitness classes and challenges;
- Employee Assistance Program webinars;
- Wellness inspired content - recipes, mindfulness events and activities, Wellness Wednesday events and other curated content;
- Professional development content - interactive webinars, book discussions, curated TEDx talks, SkillSoft courses, etc.
- Wellness related services - Counseling Center appointments, services available remotely through UHS, etc.
