Where My People At?: Multicultural Engagement at UMBC

Where my people at? is a three-part mini-series. These sessions provide first-year students and new transfers an opportunity to learn more about life at UMBC as a student of color or those who are interested in getting involved with our cultural student organizations. Hear from our Diversity and Inclusion staff, current student organization leaders, staff and faculty advisors, and recent alums about multicultural engagement at UMBC.Join us to make new connections, join a new group, meet student leaders, learn about campus resources including the Mosaic, and see what this community can offer you! This session will also show you how to find the Mosaic once you visit our campus, as well as a brief overview of our core programs. For more information, please contact mosaic@umbc.edu. Tall Hall for Staff - Leave Options

Join us for a special Town Hall co-hosted by the Professional Staff Senate, Non-Exempt Staff Senate, and UMBC HR to discuss leave options for staff as we prepare for the Fall semester. RSVP to this myUMBC event if you plan to attend. Please also fill out this survey in advance to help guide our conversation with HR. If we address any of your questions or concerns during the event, we will do so anonymously. However, if you want someone to follow-up with you off the air, please put your name/email in the optional fields on the survey.
