Rice University hosts the Gulf Coast Undergraduate Research Symposium (GCURS) each fall. GCURS provides undergraduates a platform to present their original research discoveries to their peers from around the country, as well as to faculty from Rice and other universities. This is an ideal opportunity for a first-time presentation of their research and a valuable occasion to practice presentation skills.
