Good evening, P-14!
Earlier this week, Kristen Luther sent out the link to recruit volunteers for the P-14. There are only a few folks that signed up.
We can use your help to welcome @ 170 students, teachers, and chaperones from 4 area schools: Liberty ES, Bay Brook EMS, Maree G. Faring EMS, and Mary Rodman ES. Participating students are 4th-8th graders.
9:30 A few folks to welcome students upon arrival at Admininstrative Drive and walk to Fine Arts
10-10:50 am is welcome - Fine Arts Auditorium.
Christine Jenkins will be the Keynote (Admissions, Recruitment Coordinator - great energy)Panel of UMBC students - targeting 4 students, diverse group (the team will balance across Sherman and Admissions and Orientation
10:50-11 am - transitioning to session
11:10-11:50 am - 1st session/lunch (5 different sessions, multiple locations)/True Grit's
12:10-12:50 pm - 2nd session/session 5 different sessions, multiple locations)/True Grit's
12:50-1 pm - wrap up
1pm - bring students back to meet their buses at Administrative Drive
