Please mind the following deadlines and locations for picking up your artwork after the Senior Exhibition closes:
SENIOR EXHIBITION - IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES
June 8 Saturday 5 PM - Exhibition Closes
June 14 Friday 4 PM ‐ Last day for pick-up of your artwork at CADVC, afterwards your artwork goes to Rm. 113 (If the door of the gallery is locked, dial 410-455-3188 for access Mon-Fri, 10 am - 4 pm until June 14th.)
CADVC & VART will not be responsible for any items left past June 14th. Staff are not responsible for scheduling a time to meet with anyone for pick-ups beyond June 14th. We also cannot be responsible for any damage to works left after June 14th. If you know that you will not be in town, please make arrangements with a friend or family member to pick up your artwork, and provide them with WRITTEN CONSENT to take possession of it.
June 28 Friday 12 Noon - ALL ARTWORK LEFT BEHIND WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
