View the <a href="http://hr.umbc.edu/benefits/benefit-information/employee-assistance-program/" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">Employee Assistance</a> page on the HR website to learn more about Inova and to see the Webinar topics.<br><br></div><div>2. View a webinar of your choice - they are available on demand after the "available on..." date posted on our site and on the <a href="https://umbc.box.com/v/INVOAWebinars" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">printable schedule</a>.   They are also posted on the <a href="http://my.umbc.edu/groups/wellness/events/" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">Wellness Initiative group</a> in myUMBC (please join to receive regular updates).</div><div><br></div>3. Email <a href="mailto:hrbenefits@umbc.edu" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">hrbenefits@umbc.edu</a> with the subject:  <strong>WIN with INOVA</strong>. 
           Tell us the webinar you viewed and we will arrange for you to get your 
          paw stamp.  (If you don't have a card, stop by HR to pick one up!)<br><br></div><strong>What do you WIN?</strong><br>Participants
           will receive a Wellness Initiative T-Shirt for 
          participating in 5 qualifying wellness events (1 from each dimension).  
          Participants who participate in 10 qualifying events (2 from each 
          dimension), will be entered into an annual grand prize drawing for a 
          wellness bundle.  The prize winner will be announced every year in early

           Employee Assistance program not only provides free Webinars to 
          employees, they also provide free counseling to employees and their
