Be a Leader at one of the nation’s leading Children’s Museums! Port Discovery Children’s Museum is one of the nation’s top children’s museums. Our mission is to connect purposeful play and learning, within our walls and beyond. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families by providing innovative public exhibits and activities, offering programs that respond to community needs and serving as an alternative education resource for schools, teachers and families.

I am currently looking for someone to sublease my room this summer for July – August

The townhome located in Boardfield Townhome – Badger Gate Ct (Across the street from Giants)

5 minutes driving from campus. Safe neighborhood!

You will be sharing the house with 3 other people.
(2 UMBC PhD students and 1 UMBC undergrad student)

The bedroom is on the second floor with shared bathroom with another housemate
(she’s my best friend, very easy going, polite, clean and tidy)

UMBC Arbutus-line shuttle bus picks and drops off students right at Giants.

Furnished room – bed, closet, lamp, night stand, shelf, study desk and chair.

The room is available in July until August, if you would like to extend the least that is also possible as well.

No pet and No smoking

Laundry room is in the basement (washing machine and dryer)

Tbh, the room is quite small, probably not the best choice if you have much stuff.

Yet, it is very easy to take care, very close by school, Giants and Shuttle bus stop and very convenience.

Rent is $430 but my landlord is willing to negotiate. (My landlord he is and very nice in person).

Utilities are approximately ~$45-$50 per month (electricity, water and high speed wifi)
