Hydro has completed their sanitization of the RO water lines. The RO water is once again available for use. Please allow the water to run for 10 -15 seconds upon first usage to clear any residual chlorine which may be in the loop, this is not expected, but some tie ins to the loop are longer that others.

The project includes logo design and a foundational style guide.

Project Scope
We need a unique, professional logo that reflects our cutting-edge work in AI and digital resilience. We are also looking for a set of core branding elements, including a color palette and typography, that will be the foundation for our future marketing materials.

Deliverables:
 * Logo Suite:
   * Primary logo design.
   * Variations for different uses (e.g., horizontal, vertical, icon/favicon).
   * Logo in full color, black, and white.
 * Basic Brand Style Guide:
   * Defined color palette (hex codes, RGB, and CMYK).
   * Selected typography for headings and body text.
   * Guidelines for logo usage (e.g., minimum size, clear space).

Fee Structure & Payment
We're offering a project-based flat fee for this work, which provides clarity and predictability for both parties. Given the scope, an appropriate fee would be between $300 and $600, payable in two installments:
 * 50% upon contract signing to begin the work.
 * 50% upon final delivery and approval of all project files.
This structure ensures a commitment from both sides and rewards the successful completion of the project.

Process, Deliverables & Ownership
 * Kick-off Meeting: We'll start with a virtual meeting to discuss the project in detail, review inspiration, and ensure we're aligned on the creative vision.
 * Concept & Revisions: The designer will provide 2-3 initial logo concepts. We will then select one concept to refine through up to three rounds of revisions.
 * Finalization & Delivery: Once the design is approved, the designer will prepare and deliver the final files.

To ensure Adase Foundry, LLC maintains full control and legal ownership of the completed work, all final deliverables must be provided in a variety of standard file formats:
 * Vector Files (.ai, .eps, .svg): These are essential for scalability and professional printing. They allow the logo to be used on everything from a business card to a billboard without losing quality.
 * Raster Files (.png, .jpg): These are needed for web, social media, and presentations. PNG files should be provided with a transparent background.
 * Source Files (.ai, .psd): You will also provide the original, editable design files.
