a.     Did everyone review materials?

b.   Vote on approval/denial

    II.      Recap Senior Administration

a.     Productive having the deans in the meeting

b.   Model going forward

c.    Happy to hear “whys” on year-long contracts, and can answer them

d.   HR issues are still with Ayana and obviously will be with new head of HR

e.    Shared governance. Will work on strategy for that over the summer and share with committee

   III.      Election Updates

a.     Bonnie and Rob re-elected. Congratulations

b.     First ever run-off election (in both CAHSS and COEIT). Polls close at 11:59 PM Friday

  IV.      New Business
a. End of Semester Gathering (Wednesday, May 18….need to pick a time)
