    I.      Hours credited for work per 3-credit course issue

a.     Have a query in on this with Dr McDermott

b.     Open to discussion/and suggested recommending policy change if needed

    II.      Requested Update from President Shears Ashby

a.     Heard back and they are working on our requests, apologized for deay

b.     Hope to have updates next week (I’ll email any new news)

   III.      Updates on Adjunct Conference

a.      Updates since last meeting (change of date)

b.     Keynote speakers (new president?)

c.     Dean Moffitt offered to play a role (speaker?)

d.     Coffee mugs as giveaway

  IV.      Elections Subcommittee

a.     Start planning election for this semester.

b.     Finalize dates/structure and then post to our MyUMBC group

     V.         AFAC Happy Hours

a.     Matthews 1600

c.     Encourage your fellow adjuncts to attend

d.     Continue to promote

e.     All committee members strongly encouraged to attend (at least for part of the time)
