    I.      Elections

a.     Polls close Friday, May 5

b.     Unless write-ins, will have one new member

    II.      Meeting with Senior Administration

a.      Big issues we want to push on

1.     COLA/Pay/Equity

2.     Year Long contracts (#3 desire in COEIT adjunct survey)

3.     Research opportunities

4.     Health Care access

5.     Class size/bonus pay (COEIT Issue, not sure about other colleges)

b.     Doing away with reading the “Chair’s Report” and really using the meeting to focus on issues that haven’t found a way to get addressed/answered

c.     Chair’s Report to be sent out this weekend

   III.      Conference updates

a.     Awaiting dates/rooms in September

b.     Once we have dates confirmed need to reach out to President Ashby, Dean Moffiitt, and Associate Provost and Assistant Dean Amanda Knapp who have all offered to make presentations

  IV.      End of semester celebration

a.     Fireside Room, May 12, 4 to 6 pm

b.     Variety of appetizers and light beverages (angling for wine as well)

c.     Strongly encourage committee members to attend in-person and invite fellow adjuncts
