Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee (AFAC)

Research and Professional Development Awards for Adjunct Faculty

 

The UMBC Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee (AFAC) is pleased to announce that we have professional development funding for adjunct faculty. This is a rolling deadline.  Apply within the 2017-2018 academic year.

 

UMBC established the fund, to be administered annually by the AFAC, to support professional development for adjunct faculty.

 

Individual awards will be capped at $500 for the academic year. The amount of individual awards may be affected by factors including number of applicants. 

Note: Successful applicants will be recommended to the Provost's office by the AFAC. The awards are disbursed by the UMBC provost.
