Most of you received an email trumpeting the State's raise for "all State employees." The question arises, based on past situations, whether or not this raise applies to part-time employees as well. What would like to say that "all" refers to part-time/contract workers but there isn't historic precedent for that.
We are working hard on finding out the answers. As it was, this announcement was a surprise to most. An answer to this question will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.
