As members of AFAC, we are charged with supporting policies that improve the working conditions of adjuncts. One issue that frequently arises is that of Health Insurance. We have all heard stories of confusing messaging, changing rules, and stonewalling of information.
We'd like to fix these things and push the University to create a clear, and understandable policy on health insurance for p/t lecturers.
