AIM (Achievement and Inspiration through Mentorship) is a student organization focused on creating high-quality mentorship experiences with the underserved adolescents of Baltimore City in groups and individual settings. Through extensive mentorship training, we AIM to foster personal and academic development for both mentees and mentors.
