Leidos Civil Solutions Operations is seeking a Biomedical Life Scientist for their Life Sciences Division. This position will perform as a productive member of a team that supports program management and research proposal funding processes for the Army in Frederic, MD. This position is NOT a laboratory research position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maser's degree from an accredited college or university appropriate to research
- 1-2 years related experience
- PhD or equivalent in biomedical or life sciences with up to two years of related experience desired.
- Training experience in biological sciences, particularly cancer research, is essential
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Organizing and implementing scientific meetings
- Review, analysis, and evaluation of interdisciplinary scientific research programs
- Experience with database programs (e.g. Access)
