Description:
Work with multiple teams on projects ranging from HPLC analysis, droplets size distribution analysis, spray pattern and plume geometry analysis, and extractable/leachable method development and analysis. Intern will learn principles of CGMP and report writing as well as gain experience in various laboratory analytical equipment including HPLC, GC, GC/MS, LC/MS, and aerosol spray characterization instrumentation.
Requirements:
- Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Science major
- Completed coursework in general chemistry, organic chemistry
- Coursework in analytical chemistry or instrumental analysis a plus
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel
- Organization of assigned work load, teamwork, and safety conscious skills needed
- Post-offer, pre-employment drug test is required.
Hours: 10-12 hrs/week. (Summer could be 20-30/week.)
Compensation: $15.00/hr.
