Join STRIDE for lunch and a conversation about best practices for diversity and inclusive excellence in designing faculty searches. This conversation will focus on how to create an effective Diversity Hiring Recruitment Plan with a discussion around determining search committee composition/roles, strategizing an active and implementable recruitment/advertising plan, and crafting an inclusive draft job advertisement.
