Chair Conflict Resolution Workshop Part I
Strategies, Techniques and Tools For Resolving Conflict
We are excited to announce that Sally Klingel, Director of Labor-Management Relations Programs at the Scheinman Institute at Cornell University is returning to UMBC to work with UMBC Department Chairs and Associate Deans to enhance our conflict resolution skills as academic leaders. Building upon the general conflict resolution sessions Sally provided to us in April 2019, and participant feedback, this new two-part series will allow us to take a deeper dive.
