Join STRIDE for Best Practices for Inclusive Faculty Interviewing. After participating, we will be able to more effectively:

  • Determine welcoming interviewing vs. unwelcoming interviewing practices
  • Identify appropriate vs. inappropriate interview questions 
  • Develop and implement inclusive practices and protocols in the planning, execution, and aftermath of faculty interviews
