Spring Fitness Basics

Join us this spring for Fitness Basics. Walking is a great, moderate intensity exercise. When combined with basic resistance exercises, we can create an easy to follow, total body, mid-day workout.
Class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:15 on the RAC Arena indoor track. Participants will receive a start up package with water bottle and pedometer. Regular attendance is encouraged, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended!
