March 31st marks the end of the Performance Management Process (PMP) rating period (April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018). UMBC requires supervisors to evaluate the performance of all regular/grant-funded exempt and non-exempt employees. Completed PMP forms should be submitted to the Department of Human Resources by close of business on Friday, May 4, 2018.
