HR Employment is pleased to announce new resources on video interviewing and the creation of additional video interview statuses in the PageUp system.
In response to the need to conduct virtual/video interviews for the foreseeable future, additional video interview applicant statuses have been created in PageUp. We have added Video Interview 1 and Video Interview 2 statuses to assist with differentiating between the first and second interviews.
A Video Interview Scheduling guide was created to provide guidance on how to set up and record the video interviews in PageUp. The guide also includes helpful information on selecting the best method to schedule the video interview/meeting and sample emails to send to candidates with the video interview meeting details. We would like to thank the HR Hiring Liaisons that shared their process and emails with us!
In addition, we have created a guide for Video Interviewing Best Practices. The guide contains tips for scheduling and conducting video interviews for hiring managers and search chairs as well as a list of Do’s and Don’ts. This guide would be a great resource to give to all members of the search committee.
