Hi! So we are looking for a roommate to join our home January 1st. We are 4 UMBC graduate students and a dog. We speak Spanish, we are friendly, clean, respectful, and we are expecting the same from you (well, you don't have to speak Spanish). There are two bathrooms, and plenty of common space. The rent is 400 dollars and It does not include utilities that are about 50 dollars.
