We have a single room that will be available starting July24th. The rent for the room is $410, plus utilities (~$50-$60 per person). The common areas (bathroom/kitchen) will be shared with two other college students, and you will get your own private bedroom (no sharing allowed).
The apartment is located in the Mount Ridge neighborhood in Catonsville.The locality is very quiet and safe, with lots of UMBC students calling it home. The apartment is very close to UMBC (5 min drive), and is also on the Arbutus route (bus stop is right next to the apartment), making it a convenient place to live for students who do not own a car. It is also very close to Giant grocery store.
