A single room is available immediately for rent in a 2BHK located on Edmondson avenue near UMBC campus. However, the room is available only for a short term basis (until 10/30/17). The rent for the room is $500, which include utilities.The common areas (bathroom/kitchen) will be shared with another person.
The apartment is located in Edmondson (10 min drive to UMBC) and is on route of Catonsville shuttle.The locality is very quiet and safe, with lots of UMBC students calling it home.
