We're sad that summer's over, but glad to have you back!
ISCOM has a lot of events on deck that we can't wait share with you: first up is General Body Meeting #1 on Sept. 10th from 12:00-12:50pm in ITE 229. There will be free catered food for all attendees as we run through events, resources, and more!
Following that is Health IT Week (Sept. 17th-21st), the first of five themed Industry Weeks. If you're interested in a field, but don't know where to start, Industry Weeks are for you! Each Week will run in the following format:
- a Monday Crash-Course on industry basics and trends
- a Wednesday Company Visibility Day featuring an industry leader
- a Friday Career Panel on the current state of the field and where to start
- a final Monday Skills Workshop that gives hands-on experience through a problem-solving case study activity
