Dear ISCOM'ers,
I hope you all are having a great weekend. I'm sure you've been looking forward excitedly towards Cyber Security Week, as we on the Executive Board have as well. In our surveys last spring, Cyber was the most voted for theme among all Industry Weeks and over the length of the summer, it was planned as one of the significant highlights of the semester.
Unfortunately, our connection with the featured company (Morgan Stanley) fell unresponsive and plans were unable to move forward for Cyber Security Week. With that being said, we must cancel all the Week's events
Updates on when it will held next will be shared via email later this week. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit ISSA's general body meeting tomorrow from 12:00-12:50pm in ITE 229. Additionally, check out Northrup Grumman's Corporate Visibility Day on Wednesday from 11am-2pm in UC 312. Visibility Days, connected though they are with Industry Weeks, are completely run by the Career Center- this is not canceled.
We thank you for being Members of ISCOM. We share your excitement- and late disappointment- for Cyber Security Week and hope to bring it to you at a later date!
Until next time,
Michael Piccinini and your ISCOM Executive Board
