Your ISCOM Board is proud to present you with Federal Agencies & Contractors Week! This week focuses on public sector federal agencies that serve in defense, intelligence, and security roles along with private sector contractors with a similar field of focus.
- Starting the first Monday we have our Crash Course ft. Asymmetrik, a contractor specializing in software development and data analytics for government agencies and healthcare organizations. This will be from 12:00-12:50pm in ITE 456.
- FREE FOOD will be present (courtesy of the Career Center) at the Wednesday Visibility Day ft. Next Century Corporation (University Center 312, 11am-2pm). Next Century delivers a new class of insightful, intuitive, efficient technology solutions for the healthcare, national security, and corporate security industries. Next Century’s expertise lies in geographic information systems (GIS), image exploitation, mobile computing, wireless networks, visualization, and user interface design. It's a great opportunity- not to mention that John McBeth, their president, CEO, and founder, will be there too!
- The Friday Career Panel will consist of various professionals from different organizations (full list to-be-announced) and will be from 12:00-12:50pm in ITE 237.
- Last, but certainly not least is a second Monday Lecture presented by ISSA, our sister organization, ft. Steve Chan, Information Security Officer from the U.S. Department of Treasury! Enjoy FREE FOOD while learning from him about his career as a security professional. This will be from 12:00-2:00pm in ITE 459.
