Data Challenge is a week-long competition held annually at the University of Maryland where students team up together to solve problems using real-world datasets. Your team will have the opportunity to choose from 10 datasets provided by Social Good Organizations. The DC20 team will provide you with a mentor to work with your team for the week while you use your creativity and analytical skills to solve the dataset’s problem statement. At the end of the week you will present your findings to a team of judges as you compete for exciting prizes.
