Classes, books and…Parking Permit ready to go? No Permit? No worries. No need to race to campus to get the hang tag. Our permits are now virtual. Your plate WILL be your permit! 

The process is quick and easy. Get started at umbc.nupark.com. Once on umbc.nupark.com sign-in to your UMBC account. Click on add a vehicle link. Correctly add the license plate information for your vehicle. You can register up to three vehicles. Enter all license plate information accurately. Incorrectly entered letters or digits lead to unwanted tickets.

Once you have entered your plates, click on Purchase Permit link and follow the steps to purchase your permit. There are no additional costs (the cost of the permit is included in your University Fees). Before you arrive on campus with your new permit, check the UMBC Parking Services page https://parking.umbc.edu/) to verify where the permit is valid.
