Campus improvements come with construction workers and vehicles. Work will begin October 14 on a new lighting project that will force the closure of up to ten spaces on Hilltop Circle in the D Permit Zone (Staff/Faculty). The closures will occur between Hilltop Road and the UMBC Welcome Circle. This project is expected to be completed in one month.
