Hello UMBC students,

The 2020 U.S. Census is now underway. The Census is the process by which the United States counts everyone living in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories, including people who are living here temporarily (e.g., international students).

Completing the Census is required by law, and your response matters: it will help determine Congressional representation and the allocation of hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding. Your personal information is kept confidential by law, and your responses can only be used to produce statistics.
