Our Vision
Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion & Belonging is a department for diversity education and collaboration on UMBC's campus. We are committed to empowering all campus constituents to be socially aware and responsible members of our community. Our department is a birthplace of diversity and social justice programs, ideas, and curriculum. Thus, our department affirms student and staff's multiple identities by addressing the needs of all members of the campus community.
