Did you know that UMBC offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? Many employees aren't fully aware of the resources available to them, and we want to make sure you understand the valuable support you can access through this program. 

We believe that by educating both managers and employees on how ComPsych® GuidanceResources® works, we can help ensure maximum utilization and value. The goal of this orientation is to provide an overview of the program and to raise awareness about the confidential nature of the services available.
