Animal-Free is a FREE useful app available for download through the iTunes and Google Play (Android) stores. The app has two lists for ingredients commonly found in products (from food to fabric to cosmetics and more): Animal-derived and Vegan. Not only does the app list the ingredients, but also under each ingredient is a description of what it is derived from specifically, what products it is used in, and its vegan alternatives. The app also features a search function for quick lookup because scrolling can get annoying. It is a really useful tool for people who want to become (or already are) vegan/vegetarian/cruelty-free, but are unfamiliar with or unsure about certain ingredients. Download it for Apple!
