The 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available! The anticipation is over with the soft launch of the newly improved FAFSA form. The "soft launch" of the application means that the Department of Education will be monitoring the new form for any issues. As a result, UMBC won't be able to process applications until at least the end of January. Once we begin to process applications, we will notify you that we have your FAFSA, and we suggest you continue to monitor your account for updates in order to receive your financial aid package in a timely manner.
