Hello Asian Studies Students!
Advising for Spring 2021 is about to kick off. The schedule of classes will be available on October 26, and registration appointments start on November 3.
Three people will be holding advising appointments for Asian Studies this fall. Please note the following guidelines to help you decide which person you should see.
If you are a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior needing basic advising clearance, advice on courses or future planning, you can either see Mr. James Hamilton or Dr. Nianshen Song.
If you are graduating in Spring 2021 or have transfer or other credits that make your planning complicated, or more significant issues with your degree program or planning, then you should see Dr. Oyen.
Clicking on each person's name will bring you to their calendar, where you can book an appointment. You can be cleared for registration in advance of the schedule being published - in those cases, you can plan for a general slate of courses and are welcome to seek an additional appointment later in the fall to confirm your course plans if desired.
