Hello Spring 2020 graduates. By now you should have received your email with access to the online celebration. We hope you have created an account and are working on your photograph. 

However, we need important information first. When a viewer clicks on your slide, they will hear your name read out loud. If you want to provide the phonetics pronunciation or record your name, you must do so by this Sunday, April 26. Using the link provided in your welcome email, please make sure that you log into your account on Marching Order by this date if you want to ensure that the name reader has the correct pronunciation. Once you have completed this step, hit the submit button. If you miss this deadline or don’t want to provide the phonetics pronunciation, your name will still be read and your slide will be a part of the celebration as long as you log into your account and click submit. 

You will be able to log back in and upload your photo or change your photo after you hit submit. The Deadline to upload your photo and register to be a part of the celebration is Thursday, May 14.
