Last week there was continued work on follow-up items for the CRM. There are efforts in progress to schedule the next CRM Executive Steering Committee meeting slated for January 2019.
On 10/29/2018 there was a CRM User Group meeting in which there was discussion of some proposed projects in order to increase the usability of the CRM. More specifically to leverage areas in the CRM to help with tracking data for inquiry interaction.
