In the last CRM Team meeting there was discussion of the quote received from a consultant company in we we requested assistance. There are three areas we are seeking assistance on with the CRM:
- Help with developing reports within CRM
- Assistance creating a dashboard of inquirer information
- Guidance on CRM expansion to other areas
In the meeting we also shared about additional current CRM initiatives that are in progress around the CRM.
