Substantial time was spent last week prepping for the CRM Executive Steering Committee meeting on Friday 3/1/2019. This group provides oversight of the TargetX CRM and plans to meeting approximately three times throughout the calendar year. The group approved the scope of work for enhancements to the CRM to be used to solicit help from a consultant.
