The CRM Product Advisory Group (PAG) met on 1/7/2019 to discuss the potential expansion of use of the CRM at UMBC. There have been discussions around this topic in a recent CRM Team meeting as well as in other correspondence. In the meeting there were some ideas shared within the group as far as potential initiatives for the CRM that are planned to be documented and refined.
