Members from the CRM Team and others around campus attended CRM Discussion meeting on 1/29/2019. Meeting was a great session in which participants were organized in groups and tasked with answering questions framed around themes such as supporting customers and UMBC branding. There were four facilitators to help groups document ideas. This experience helped to remove the focus from discussing the tool of a CRM to sharing how we want to strive to better support our students and each other internally; focusing on the goal.
