Maryland State Prescription Drug Plan

United WE MATTER, Inc. is a newly incorporated organization that originated from the lawsuit that yielded the federal injunction to maintain State of Maryland prescription medication benefits into 2019 and for as long as the injunction is not rescinded.

Joining United WE MATTER, Inc. (http://unitedwematter.com) is a way for all of us to keep up with news and other information about the status of efforts of the State of Maryland to renege on its contract with State retirees and current employees nearing retirement. The new company has broadened its scope of interest to include threats to limit or reduce Maryland State pensions and other benefits for retirees.

The attorney for the company, Deborah Hill, has been invited by the federal judge to submit a petition to include current Maryland State employees in the injunction.
